It sounds like the PC is expecting the keyboard to generate the passcode (or have a fixed one)?ĭid you get a copy of the flyer with instructions for pairing the keyboard? I don't have a scanner handy, but here are the steps from the flyer. The PC should generate the passcode during the 'Add Device' interaction and then you enter the passcode on the keyboard.
